Cardiovascular exercise:

  1. Walking jogging or running in treadmill gives good results. Running on a treadmill generally burns calories faster. It depends on the individual capacity of the person. 15 – 30 minutes will be enough for a day.
  2. Cycling is a good muscular workout since it uses all the muscle union. It makes you breathe deeper and thereby gives a workout to the lungs. 10-20 minutes of cycling per day will make you fit.
